David McDonald

Executive Director

I am pleased to announce that David McDonald has joined The Hidden Meadows team as our new Executive Director as of Monday, January 20, 2025.
David was born and raised in Bucks County Pennsylvania, and attended Pennsbury grade school before getting a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work/ Psychology from Temple University.
He began working in the senior housing industry in the early 2000s. In 2002, he received his Personal Care Certification and starting working for Twining Village retirement community as Assisted Living Director. David continued in this role until 2009 when he worked for Elmcroft Senior Living running a stand-alone home in Reading, PA.  Three years later, he was able to join Holy Redeemer Health System and was Personal Care Administrator/ Executive Director for 12 years.  Recently, David comes to us from Sunrise Senior Living where he served as Executive Director.  He has a proven track record of promoting excellent service and building strong leadership teams with a hospitality focus.
David loves working with all seniors but has a passion for those suffering from dementia related illness. Four years ago, he became a certified dementia practitioner. He prides himself as a leader that gets directly involved with every aspect in the community and prefers interacting and coaching.
David has been married to his wife Jennifer for 25 years. Together they have 3 daughters–Corissa, Haley and Riley plus the 4th female a 6-year-old Labrador Retriever “Lila”.

Kyle Duffy

Director of Sales

Kyle Duffy was born in Hazleton, PA and graduated from MMI Preparatory School. He then graduated from Saint Joseph’s University with is B.S in Interdisciplinary Health Services. Kyle went on to receive his MBA with a focus in Health Care Administration from Wilmington University.
After obtaining his MBA, Kyle went on to acquire his administrator’s license in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Kyle has worked in the senior living industry his entire career and enjoys helping families find the best fit for their loved ones.
Kyle currently resides in Hatfield with his wife, son and two Miniature Australian Shepherds. Outside of work, Kyle enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, and visiting his family’s home in OCNJ during the summer.

Tammy Zumstein

SHINE® Memory Care Director

Tammy Zumstein has been working in mental health and gerontology since 2009. She is dedicated to enriching the lives of her residents and their families by creating a positive environment that promotes independence, dignity, education, and emotional support. Tammy has earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Temple University, a master’s degree in social work from Marywood University, is a personal care home administrator, and is pursuing practitioner certifications in gerontology, thanatology, and dementia. Tammy is a die-hard Eagles fan and enjoys spending time with her family outdoors; hiking, camping, swimming, biking, and skiing.

James Grady

Director of Health and Wellness

James Grady was born and raised in Abington and graduated from Abington High School. He decided to follow in his mother’s footsteps and pursue a career in nursing. He received his Licensed Practical Nursing training from the Eastern Center for Arts and Technology.

Since receiving his license in 2011, James has worked directly with the senior population in the Personal Care setting. James enjoys getting to know the residents and making them feel at home. Building friendships and learning about the residents to build relationships. This is why he enjoys working in the Long term care setting.

James currently resides in Warminster with his wife and 2 children. Outside of nursing he enjoys taking trips with his family and learning about different historical topics.

Dawn Mason

Director of Recreation and Events

Dawn has over 30 years of experience in long term care and recreation. She began at the young age of seven, volunteering in the Activity Department at the nursing home her mother worked at.

Growing up locally, Dawn attended Pennridge High School in Perkasie. She also received continuing education from Reading Area Community College, Temple Ambler, and numerous other organizations.
