Eric Chelton - Executive Director
Originally from Titusville, PA, Eric attended Mansfield University and earned a degree in Music Therapy. He oversees all operations and resident care at The Laurels. Eric is one of the original staff members who helped open The Laurels when it was built in 2012. Eric enjoys spending time with his family including cooking as well as geocaching. He and his wife have two girls and what he calls a “mini-zoo” --- 3 dogs, a cat, and even a guinea pig. He also plays the trombone and his family is active at their church in Landsdale.
Danielle Owler - Assistant Executive Director
Danielle was born and raised in the Hazleton, PA area. She is a graduate of Penn State’s inaugural Licensed Practical Nursing Program in December of 2011. Prior to completing that program, Danielle has spent her entire post-high school career working in the assisted living or dementia field. She has been employed at Hidden Meadows on The Ridge since August of 2012. Because of her vast knowledge of elder care and regulations set forth by the State of PA, she accepted a position as Director of Wellness in 2014. Since starting that position, she has always focused on continuing her education and providing superior patient care which led her to achieve her PCH Administrative License in 2016. Today, Danielle is part of the foundation that Hidden Meadows and The Laurels is built upon by overseeing patient care and staffing among her other day to day operational duties.
Christopher Kielar - Director of Sales & Marketing
Christopher Kielar joined Hidden Meadows in September of 2017 as the Director of Sales and Marketing. Originally from Philadelphia, he attended DeSales University in Center Valley, where he earned his degree in Marketing and Finance. Since 2011, he has been working in long-term care and senior living communities. Christopher oversees outreach to the local community and provides assistance to residents and their families during the move-in process to Hidden Meadows and The Laurels.
Dawn Mason - Campus Director of Activities
Born and raised in Hilltown, Dawn, at the age of 7, began volunteering at a nursing home where her mother worked. She enjoyed the experience and continued to volunteer until she was offered a part-time job at the age of 16. Dawn has 25 years experience in recreation at long-term care communities with a primary focus in dementia. She received formal training from Temple University - Ambler and Reading Area Community College. She is one of the founding board members at the Dementia Care Consortium (covering the tri-state area). She is also an active member Bux-Mont activity professionals. For fun she enjoys spending time with family and shopping.
Corey Wood - Director of Culinary Services
Corey oversees the kitchen and dining services. He is in charge of creating delicious and nutritious meals to meet the dietary requirements of residents at the Laurels and Hidden Meadows. Corey is from the Doylestown area and attended the Restaurant School of Philadelphia. He has experience cooking in hotels and restaurant in addition to 10 years working in senior living. He enjoys cooking so much that in his free time he barbeques his favorite recipes for family and friends, and he occasionally participates in iron chef competitions. He enjoys working with seniors because of the home-like feel of the work environment, and he likes the freedom to be creative with the menu and cuisine.
Albert Grove - Director of Environmental Services
Albert oversees the maintenance, sanitation, and safety of the entire Hidden Meadows campus including the exterior grounds as well as both personal care and memory care buildings. Albert is a Sellersville native who has worked at Hidden Meadows since 2013. A Central Bucks West grad, Albert enjoys helping others and takes pride in keeping the community well maintained. He spends free time with his wife and 3 kids, watching Eagles football, reading and watching movies.
